PackageKitInfoEnum

The enumerated types used in Packages(). The values fall into three groups:
State, what a package is: AVAILABLE, INSTALLED, BLOCKED, and the
attributes UNTRUSTED and TRUSTED.
Planned action, what would happen to a package: INSTALL to
UPDATE_ENHANCEMENT. These are returned by GetUpdates() and by simulated transactions.
Progress, what is happening to a package right now: PREPARING to
CLEANUP. These are only emitted while a transaction is modifying the system.
