Description [src]

Install a file locally, and get the deps from the repositories. This is useful for double clicking on a .rpm or .deb file.

Available since: 0.5.2

This method completes asynchronously. Use () inside the GAsyncReadyCallback to obtain the result of the operation.

Parameters

files

Type: An array of gchar*

A file such as “/home/hughsie/Desktop/hal-devel-0.10.0.rpm”.

The array must be NULL-terminated.
The data is owned by the caller of the method.
Each element is a NUL terminated UTF-8 string.
cancellable

Type: GCancellable

A GCancellable or NULL.

The argument can be NULL.
The data is owned by the caller of the method.
progress_callback

Type: PkProgressCallback

The function to run when the progress changes.

progress_user_data

Type: gpointer

Data to pass to progress_callback.

The argument can be NULL.
The data is owned by the caller of the method.
callback_ready

Type: GAsyncReadyCallback

The function to run on completion.

The argument can be NULL.
user_data
